Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do support shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses; however, please note that transit times may be slightly longer for these locations.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lavigo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@lavigo.store immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination.
7. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your items arrived damaged, please contact our support team at support@lavigo.store within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you.
