Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We do support shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses; however, please note that transit times may be slightly longer for these locations.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lavigo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@lavigo.store immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (including tags, boxes, and manuals).

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
